1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 666d platform, including but not limited to the website at 666d.im, any associated mobile applications, application programming interfaces, promotional channels, and all services made available through any of the foregoing (collectively, the "Platform" or "666d").

By completing the registration process, by depositing funds, or by using any game, feature, or service available on 666d, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any other rules, policies, or guidelines published on the 666d platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

1.1 Modifications to These Terms

666d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 666d will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the 666d platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English, which is the operative language of the 666d platform. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated version that may be made available for informational purposes, the English version shall take precedence.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted to limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to and use of the 666d platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions.

2.1 Age Verification

666d reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any registered player at any time. Acceptable documents for age verification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh. Where age verification is requested, the Player's account may be suspended and withdrawals frozen until satisfactory documentation is provided and reviewed.

2.2 Consequences of Underage Use

If 666d discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, the following actions will be taken without prior notice:

• The account will be immediately suspended and subsequently closed.
• All pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled.
• Any winnings derived from play during the period of underage use shall be forfeited.
• The deposited principal may be returned, net of any bonuses and promotional credits claimed, at the sole discretion of 666d following investigation.
• The matter may be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The 666d platform is operated with the Bangladesh market as its primary audience. It is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that accessing and using the platform complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. 666d makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside of its primary operating territory.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of the 666d platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in games and promotions — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. By registering, you enter into a binding agreement with 666d governed by these Terms.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a 666d account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Required registration information includes, but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• Valid email address to which you have sole access.
• Mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• Preferred payment method details (e.g., bKash or Nagad registered mobile number).

You must not register using false, fictitious, or misleading information. Providing inaccurate details during registration may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices, 666d requires all players to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification requires the submission of:

• A clear photocopy or scan of a valid government-issued photo identification document (NID, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account).
• Proof of residential address, where requested.

666d aims to complete KYC review within two business days of receiving all required documents. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may have that request declined until documentation is provided.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on 666d. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided pending investigation. Players who inadvertently create a duplicate account must notify 666d support immediately.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 666d will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 666d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

666d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods. All transactions on the 666d platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 666d platform:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your 666d account at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification tier. 666d reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion, including where enhanced due diligence requirements apply.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's 666d account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the issuing bank's processing schedules. 666d is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or mobile network operators beyond its direct control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's own name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Verified accounts requesting withdrawal via bKash or Nagad will generally receive funds within minutes of approval, subject to system availability.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

4.5 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions are recorded in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). No currency conversion is applied to BDT-denominated transactions. Where a player initiates a transaction using a Visa or Mastercard denominated in a foreign currency, the card issuer's prevailing exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

666d offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by incorporation. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is displayed prominently at the time the offer is made. Players must complete the full wagering requirement using real-money play before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be approved.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

666d employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting technical errors to obtain bonus credits, placing low-risk opposing bets to neutralise wagering requirements, and any other strategy that 666d reasonably determines to be designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion. Where bonus abuse is identified, 666d reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the player's account.

5.3 Promotion Eligibility

666d reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific player segments, geographic regions, deposit methods, or game categories. Players who are self-excluded, subject to deposit limits, or whose accounts are under review are not eligible to participate in promotions during the applicable restriction period. Promotional offers are not transferable and have no cash value independent of their stated bonus terms.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

666d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has satisfied the entry conditions (e.g., made the qualifying deposit) but before the bonus has been credited, 666d will honour the original offer for that player. No compensation is payable for the withdrawal or modification of a promotion beyond its stated terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 666d platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not harm the platform, other players, or third parties. You are personally responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

6.1 Player Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC, and support interactions.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with any third party.
• Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gambling.
• Notify 666d immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
• Engage with all 666d games and features in good faith, without attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities or technical errors.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 666d platform and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Registering more than one account per individual.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or feature on the platform.
• Colluding with other players in any game format, including live poker or live dealer games.
• Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment claims relating to 666d deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity through the platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct toward 666d staff or other players.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or interfere with 666d's technical systems, databases, or software.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.

6.3 Consequences of Breach

Where 666d determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a player has breached any of the obligations or prohibitions set out in this section, 666d reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend the account pending investigation; permanently close the account; void all or part of the account balance; void specific bets or wagers; withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation; and/or report the player's conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

Both players and 666d have the right to close a registered account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 666d account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any remaining withdrawable balance will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to the satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements. Non-withdrawable bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools accessible from their account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted from all gameplay, deposits, and promotional participation. 7.3 Closure by 666d

666d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months.
• Request by a law enforcement or regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed by 666d due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited pending investigation. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., business decision or regulatory instruction), 666d will return any withdrawable balance to the player's verified payment method.

7.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve months. 666d may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts as notified to the player. Players are encouraged to log in to their account periodically to avoid inactive account status. If an inactive account reaches a zero balance as a result of administrative fees, the account may be closed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 666d platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of 666d or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 666d platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the 666d platform without express prior written consent from 666d.

8.2 Prohibited Use of Platform Content

You must not scrape, copy, republish, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any part of the 666d platform for commercial purposes. You must not use 666d's trademarks, brand name, logos, or other distinctive marks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without 666d's express written permission.

8.3 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on the 666d platform are provided by third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain the property of the respective studios and are subject to those studios' licensing arrangements with 666d. 666d makes no warranty regarding the continued availability of any specific game title, which may be added or removed from the platform at any time.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666d shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service. 666d's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
